No Refunds on Digital Products
Once a digital file has been purchased and downloaded, the buyer permanently receives access to it.
For this reason, all sales are final.
We do not offer:
- Refunds
- Returns
- Exchanges
- Cancellations
Even if the file was downloaded by mistake or unintentionally, the product cannot be taken back once delivered.
Why We Don’t Offer Refunds
Digital products are impossible to “return” like physical items.
After downloading:
- You own a copy of the file
- It cannot be revoked
- It may be duplicated or used indefinitely
Therefore, refunding digital files is not permitted.

Incorrect or Broken File (Rare Cases)

We will resend or replace the correct file as soon as possible.
